Safari Extension for Campfire
Instructions
(my wife can follow these so you shouldn't have a problem...)
- Download the extension.
- Double-click the extension file that was downloaded.
- Click 'Install' when prompted.
- Open Safari preferences.
- Click on 'Extensions' in the top toolbar.
- Click on 'Campfire' in the left column.
- Enter the subdomain for your Campfire chatroom.
(If you go to "http://example.campfirenow.com" to get to your chatroom, 'example' is your subdomain.)
- Enter your API Authentication Token and hit the 'Return' key.
(The token can be found by clicking 'My Info' in the upper right when you are logged into Campfire. Please make sure you hit 'Return' after you type in the token, this will tell Safari that the setting was updated.)
- Enjoy!
